I've been using this app every day since I purchased the annual plan 3 months ago, and the fact that I am know aware what I eat (health rating, calories, ingredients, and overall...) feels like I'm already having a much nicer diet than before. Crazy how an app can have an impact on you! I used to go to McDonald's and Wendy's weekly (and drinking a Frappuccino at Starbucks, mostly for studying as an international student!). With this app, because I am now forcing myself to record every meal, I am feeling much more aware of whether I eat junk food or not! And just the fact that I can go back and check what I've eaten over the last weeks and months has had a great physical effect on me and my health - (but you will need to subscribe to their annual plan. Very cheap though!). Since then, I only order a salad and americano/filter coffee, and still keep recording everything through the app. Thank you thank you thank you!
